8 Reasons to Start Loving Your Body Today

  1. "Because you'll regret not loving it later" It is never too late to learn this lesson. Glad I learned it in my 30s! My coworker has just now learned it in her 50s. She feels she wasted a lot of time. I feel like she's lucky she figured it out at all.
