I looked up their stats on wikipedia.

Helen got down to an 18 BMI. As you probably know 18 is the lowest 'healthy' BMI. It is very unlikely that she will maintain that. Hopefully she can settle herself somewhere below a 25 BMI.

This just goes to show that voting out the 'strong' people does not always work. Sometimes you cannot see who the real strong people actually are.

That Jerry is insane! Good for him for getting rid of that deadly fat. I hope he keeps it up.

I was actually rooting for Mike. His BMI was 25 in the end. I hope he can stay there. I bet he probably has at least 10 pounds of skin around his middle that could be removed so a 25 BMI is probably overestimating it.

What percentage of contestants actually stay in a healthy weight range year after year? Some apparently go back to their original weight and worse. They only had 5 people to show us at the beginning of the show. It would have been nice to see 50 people from the past 6 seasons that are still in healthy shape. I bet they don't have 50 to show.

  4. I was cheering for Mike and was disappointed when he didn't win. A few of my friends and I were talking about how Helen almost looks sick because she is so skinny. I am happy that they are all so much healthier though. I'm curious like sparky about how many of these people actually keep it off. They should have a reunion show.
