I'm going to test some fitness magazine workouts and review them. To start, I need to choose between the following two plans:
From Shape Magazine May 2009 "Your No-Fail Beach-Ready Plan" Jenny McCarthy on the cover
From Shape Magazine March 2009 "The Easiest Bikini Body Plan-EVER!" Jaime Pressly on the cover
I noticed, with both plans side by side that they used the same model for the moves. Guess they figure we would REALLY want her body.
ANYHOW, what I need from you guys is: please vote for the one you would like to see tested. I will do the program as described for 4 weeks, including the cardio that they recommend. I will take my measurements and weight at the beginning and at the end. I will also detail the program, how easy/hard it is, yada, yada, yada.
I know, right - you're all on the edge of your seats with anticipation and excitement!!
In any case, you all have till Monday to get your two cents in. I will start the program Monday.
Oh, and not to worry - you'll all still get to hear about me walking the dog - I know, I know - it's too much excitement for one blog!!
