Trudging along....

Not much to report. Today is Mother's Day. Daughter is at synchro practice and husband at work until we meet for brunch. This means that I have no one around to bug me while I watch Steel Magnolias for the umpteenth time on TV! (I just love all the ladies in the movie) Yay! Husband even brought me my Tim's before he left for work. Mmmm.

Yesterday all I ended up doing was my C25K. We did get all of our running around done though. Nice productive day. I will do one more round of week 3 and then start week 4. I haven't looked ahead to see what is in store for me, but I'm quite sure I'm ready to move on. I just love how toned your legs feel when you do any little bit of running at all. I do notice though, that I really feel like a need a massage in my upper back - and it has been since I started running again. I've been trying to think about my shoulder and head placement while running, and I make a real effort to hold my core tight...hmm...

  1. That is wierd that you watched that because tis morning I watched stepmom and last night i watched pretty woman...julia roberts is always great and then i watched the family stone that is a real tear jerker...

  5. I really love your website...I love Julia Roberts also. Im doing the C25K also. I started awhile ago but then stopped now I have started again. Great job on your 2.8lbs. Im lucky if I lose 1. Congrats. Hope you come to visit my site. Not much, but its ok.....
