Mmmm, I love this feeling. I've already done my weight workout for the day, which included little cardio bursts, so my heart was just about jumping out of my chest the whole time! Those 4 activity points will be tasty!

I have an obscene amount of housework to do in prep for my dad coming. Ugh.

Nice day today - will try to get puppy out for a walk. He is much, much better. Phew!

All of my lullu's are dirty - that means that I had a great week of workouts! It also means that my husband better get on the laundry...

Tomorrow I'm not working out. I think my knees (and quite frankly the rest of my body) need the break. Plus, I think 6 days of workout is more than enough.

Not much else to report today. I'm quite excited about the challenge. I have been having so much trouble sticking to my points. It is so silly too - I was 3 lbs away from my goal. 3 lbs. Now I'm 10 lbs away. But not for long ;-). Moving forward, not looking back anymore. This challenge is all about moving forward. Officially, I am now all about moving forward also.

    I think 6 days of exercise is awesome! You sould enjoy your day of rest tomorrow
