Right now it looks like I'm up a pound. Don't ask why I stepped on the scale. But I did. I've been tracking everything, and my calories have been good. Any non-Jenny meals have kept me within my calorie range. WTF????? I think I will have to make an effort to up my water. Maybe I'm retaining. We have actually had some hot weather (well, hot for where I live), so I likely should have upped it anyhow.

Well, I'm off to obsess. I have my iPod all loaded with my latest purchase - Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix! My walk will be fun today for sure!!

  2. I just came across your blog when I hit next and stopped to read 'Crap'; cute title. Yes the more water you drink will cancel (flush) out... I can promise you if you drink a glass BEFORE any meal or snack, DURING the meal or snack and then AFTER any meal or snack you will write me a thank you for how fast you start dropping the extra's you don't want. Simles and well wishes...
