SparkPeople - are genius!!

Here is a great article from SparkePeople. I am going to revise my goal right now.

  1. 10% really is an awesome goal. It's my first big goal, the small ones being 5 pounds. But it's always great to hear about the awesome benefits of just losing that low amount of weight!

    I just lost my 10% since joining WW on February 1. Overall, I've lost almost 17%. I should hit 20% with another 10 or so pounds.

    I would be more than happy with 10% but I have never really though it it that way. (% wise) I have lost 32% and I am damn proud!!
