So, I had been using FitDay to track my calories, which was great, and Amber ( left a comment that I should check out SparkPeople. Of course, I did. Yowsers! What a great program! I find it easier to use, and it sets up an exercise program for you to do! Plus, it has the elliptical listed as a choice. So, huge thank you to Amber for suggesting it.

Today is my 45 minute fast walk. I am meeting Synchro Mom at the gym - we are going to do it on the treadmill. I'm also going to do 22 minutes on the elliptical. If I get there early enough I will do 11 min warm up & 11 min cool down. If not, I will do it after. I have to co-ordinate it with my daughter's synchro schedule, so....

Tomorrow is my birthday. I've decided to post my 100 things tomorrow. I'm surprisingly nervous about it. But excited also, that you all will be able to know me better.

    How does it turn out? I've only ever used raw chicken when I make a Crock Pot dish.

    I've heard of SparkPeople before, but am currently using - it's not as great as FitDay in entering your foods, but I track that on my own anyways :) Hope you have a beautiful day!
