  1. I'm glad the dread was only about your food intake and not family members with the swine flu or something!

    I had a pretty poor showing Sunday & today myself, but I guess the week's not over yet!

  3. Even on a bad day, I find journaling it and just being done with it is therapeutic in helping me move on. It's a new day buttercup! ;-)
