    I especially needed the reminder to do strength before cardio. I know that's true, I've read it many times. It's just I hate cardio, love strength, so always save the most "fun" part of working out for last. Even though I know it's technically wrong.

    Tomorrow I shall switch it up, strength first, then cardio.
