So, for the last time for THIS 4 week program, today I did the following:
Grapevine Lunge - 3 sets of 12 using 12.5 lb weight
Sumo Squats - 3 sets of 12 using 12.5 lb weight
Bench Row - 3 sets of 12 using 12.5 lb weight
Triceps Push-Ups - 3 sets of 12
Curl to Press - 3 sets of 12 using 8 lb weight
Ball Circles - 3 sets of 12
Ball Sit Ups - 3 sets of 20
Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 12
Workout took 45 minutes today.
I followed it up with 30 minutes on the spin cycle, doing the 5 minute intervals of low gear, high gear. I know I said this yesterday, but it is stunning to me how fast the 30 minutes goes breaking it up like that. I was stunned when I realized I was on my last 5 minute interval!! (and holy noodle, was I panting!!)
No walk with the pup today - he is at doggy daycare, hopefully playing hard. We have social plans this evening, which means lots of kennel time for him tonight, so I want him good and tired out so he will just sleep and not notice that I am abandoning him to go have fun! We have been invited to a friend's house for a birthday celebration.
I met a girlfriend for Starbucks. I had a non-fat, 1/2 sweet caramel latte. It was goooooood. Mmmmmm.
It is pouring rain right now, and we are expecting snow at some point. Good grief!
On that note, have a healthy day bloggers!!
PS: Beach-Ready Plan wrap up to come this weekend!! And of course, I will be unveiling my plans for the next 4 weeks. I know, I know, you can hardly STAND the EXCITEMENT!! (wink, wink!!) All I can say is it is going to be fun times for Fatinah!!
no, pilates isn't off the table - i'd like to start doing it again so maybe once i get my new routine down, i can slip it in somewhere... looking foward to hearing the results of your challenge and what you'll be doing next! :)
