My session Monday with the personal trainer was a killer. Again we didn't use any actual weights. I can still hardly walk my ass hurts so much.
I've managed to up my runs to 5.5mph on the treadmill. I hope to be at 6.0 soon.
BBQ with family was ok. Weigh in the next morning also ok. I maintained.

Maintaining is good! There are weeks when it's even a blessing. Hope the soreness eases up a bit!
ReplyDeleteMy trainer is always happy if I am sore after one of his workouts. Whats up with that? Also, if my muscles get worked really hard I am always up a pound the next day even when my eating has been good. How is your bike doing?
