Had 2nd class with new weight class teacher. I don't like her style. I'm sure from the workout we did Tuesday to Thursday, for our 2nd set of the exercises, she added 30 seconds. Meaning, the first set was a minute, and I think the 2nd set was 1:30. I'm fine with this, but I count my reps so that on the 2nd set I can be sure I'm doing AT LEAST as many as I did the first time. So, each time I would get to the # I did the set before, she would say shortly after, 30 seconds left. It really threw me off. I would have preferred to have the correct target # in my head. It's all about my head. I think, if you're changing the time, let us know. Ugh.
I was also grumpy because I was still unbelievably sore from Tuesday's workout. Really, really sore. Guess it was effective...
I started back at belly dance last night. Gosh - I really didn't realise how much I missed it. I'm so happy to be back at it.
Still haven't run. I suck.
I have 3 coffee dates today. 3. Isn't that insane? I will get my calcium in today!! I see a Grande Skinny Caramel Latte in my near future....dare I say it....maybe two?????
I'm going to the football game tonight - a challenge to be sure - since we will be in the box. I have lots of flex, but I also have a bridal shower on Sunday to go to. Budget time.
So, my contract at work has been extended. I'm kinda excited about it. I really, really like the lady I'm working for.
