I have a problem. I just went in my freezer and found some leftover butternut squash lasagne. Which I promptly had for breakfast. Which was so tasty, it might be the best lasagne I've ever made. My problem? I can't remember what prompted me to make this recipe, or where I would have had the recipe from. Crap. I hate when I do that!
The sun is back out! I am one of those people who is greatly affected by cloud cover. If I don't have access to sunshine I get really down. Luckily, while the climate where I live gets REALLY cold, we hardly ever don't have sunshine. Except for the past few days. I feel like I've just woken up from a long nap with all the sunshine streaming in now.
Indiana (the new pup) slept through the night again last night. I guess the breeder had been very diligent with her training before we got him. I officially love that woman!
Have a healthy day bloggers!
The pup is adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteLasagna sounds yummy. There is a great recipe on Roni's Weight Watchen page for Spaghetti squash and zucchini lasagna. It's really tatsy. Also if you sunscribe to WW magazine they have a really yummy looking (haven't tried it yet) recipe for squash lasagna. Mmmm I want lasagna now!!
Mmmmmm....yummy! Hope you find that recipe! And Indiana is lovely. Made me want to expand my own family!
ReplyDeleteYour new puppy is sooooo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteAwwww Indiana is soooo cute!!
ReplyDeleteI'm always doing that with recipes, ripping things out of magazines, printing them off of the net, then once it's cooking I'll 'put' the recipe somewhere - never to be found again. Luckily I can usually make up something pretty similar later. Your puppy is gorgeous, hope he doesn't grow up too quickly!
